FPLai, inside the AI you already use.

Connect your FPLai account to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Grok or Muse once. Then ask about your squad in the chat you already have open: your saved analyses, player comparisons and fresh runs come with you. You sign in on fplai.app in your browser. Nothing gets pasted into the chat.

01Setup

Set up your assistant

  1. A free FPLai account. Create one or log in.
  2. Link your FPL team for fresh analyses, on fplai.app or by asking your assistant once connected. Saved analyses and comparisons work without one.
  3. The personal URL. Every assistant uses the same address and signs you in in the browser.https://mcp.fplai.app/mcp

Connect FPLai to Claude

claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps

FPLai is in Claude's connector directory.

Open FPLai in Claude

  1. Open the listing, or go to Customize → Connectors → Browse and search for FPLai.
  2. Select Connect.
  3. Sign in to FPLai and approve.

The consent page shows Claude (claude.ai).

Or add it by URL

  1. Open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Enter the name FPLai and the URL https://mcp.fplai.app/mcp. Leave the OAuth client ID and client secret empty.
  3. Select Connect, sign in to FPLai and approve.

Connect FPLai to Codex

Connect FPLai to Muse

Connect FPLai to Grok Chat

  1. On grok.com in a desktop browser, open Connectors, choose New Connector, then Custom.
  2. Enter the name FPLai and the URL https://mcp.fplai.app/mcp.
  3. Set the OAuth client ID to https://grok.com/oauth/mcp-client.json and leave the client secret empty.
  4. Sign in to FPLai and approve.
  5. In a chat, pick the Expert model and turn FPLai on in the connectors menu. Auto and Fast do not use custom connectors.

The consent page shows Grok (grok.com).

The Grok iOS app cannot add connectors, so set it up on grok.com.

FPLai is not in the Grok Bot marketplace yet, so add it by URL as above.

Connecting does not run anything. Your first question does. Once a tool runs, its result is sent to your assistant's provider and handled under their privacy terms.

Check your squad

Your linked squad on a pitch: injuries, suspensions, likely price moves and next fixtures. In ChatGPT and Claude it appears as a card in the chat.

“How is Saka doing? Who has the easiest fixtures?”

Players and fixtures

A player profile with form, points and fixtures, or a fixture ticker for all 20 clubs, including double and blank gameweeks.

Run a fresh analysis

A full FPLai analysis of your linked team, saved to your account. It only runs when you ask, and it uses one analysis from your plan.

  • get_fplai_account checks your account and linked team

03The difference

Why connect your account

Other FPL tools offer assistant connectors too. FPL Cat and FPL Copilot publish free connectors that read public FPL data from the team ID you give the assistant. FPLai's connector works differently: it connects to your FPLai account.

  • Your own analysis history.The assistant starts from the analyses already saved to your account, not from a blank chat.
  • Signed in, not pasted.You approve access on fplai.app in your browser. You never type a password or token into the chat.
  • Fresh runs on request.A full FPLai analysis, saved to your account, only when you ask for one.
04Recovery

If something goes wrong

TEAM_NOT_LINKED
No FPL team is linked to this account.
Ask your assistant to link your FPL team, or link it on fplai.app, then ask for the fresh analysis again. Saved analyses and comparisons keep working meanwhile.
QUOTA_DENIED
Analysis quota is unavailable for this account.
Your plan has no fresh analysis available right now. Check your plan in your FPLai account. Saved analyses still open.
The consent screen never appears, or the assistant asks for registration details
Contact FPLai support and say which assistant you are using.
The connection expired
Reconnect from your assistant's connector settings and sign in again in the browser.

Never paste your FPL password, a token or a screenshot of your login into a chat. FPLai does not need them there, and the sign-in always happens on fplai.app. Your FPL team name or ID is public, so it is fine to share when linking.
