Fantasy Football Hub alternative: FPLai vs Hub (2026/27)

FPLai is the Fantasy Football Hub alternative for managers who want advice for their own squad without a yearly membership that renews itself: one payment of £34.99 covers the whole season to 31 May 2027, you can try one squad analysis free with no account and no card, and it only ever asks for your public Team ID. Hub is the better fit if you read FPL content every week — expert articles, Opta stats, a community — and its Starter tier is cheaper over a year (£29.88, renewing).

03The choice

Is Fantasy Football Hub worth it?

Hub is worth it when

You read FPL every week. Hub bundles 300+ Pro articles a year, expert team reveals, an Opta stats package, a fixture analyser and player comparison with its AI tools.

You want the community. Discord on every tier, WhatsApp groups on Pro and Ultra, and on Ultra a monthly personal expert review and group Zoom calls.

You want a native Android app, or the lowest yearly price: Starter is £29.88 a year on annual billing, renewing.

FPLai is the better fit when

You want the decision, not the reading. Enter your public Team ID and get a captain pick and transfer recommendations for your 15, with six gameweeks of expected points behind them and Team DNA's read on your squad's strengths and weak spots.

You want to see what the top managers are doing. Elite Pulse tracks transfers and ownership among the top 1k; Elite Trends shows transfer patterns across the top 10k.

You want one payment that ends with the season, a free first analysis with no card, and your captain call on Apple Watch.

They are two tools for different jobs. One is not simply a step up from the other.
